Therefore, all AI-assisted content—including designs, digital downloads, and written materials—is considered original work and is protected under the same copyright laws as fully human-authored content.
These works may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed in any form without prior written authorization.
3. User Submissions
Users are not permitted to upload, post, or submit content to this Site. If this policy changes, any future submissions must comply with applicable copyright laws, including those of Canada, the United States, and international treaties.
The submission of unauthorized, infringing, or unlawful content is strictly prohibited and may result in account restrictions or legal action.

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will:

Forward the notice to the subscriber or user account associated with the content (if applicable)
Retain a record of the notice for six months, or one year if legal proceedings are initiated
We are not obligated to remove the content upon receiving a notice under the Notice-and-Notice regime. However, we will ensure the proper forwarding and retention procedures are followed as required by law.
6. Counter-Notice (U.S. Only)
If you receive a DMCA takedown notice and believe it was submitted in error (e.g., fair use, misidentification), you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent.
Your counter-notification must include:

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
- A declaration of consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, or your local court if outside Canada
If the original claimant does not initiate legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
7. Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright enforcement seriously. We reserve the right to terminate access to our Site or digital services for any user or IP address found to be:
- Repeatedly infringing upon copyrights
- Submitting false or abusive DMCA takedown requests or counter-notices
- Misusing our original or licensed content for resale, reproduction, or unauthorized redistribution
